توضح هذه السياسة ما يجمعه تطبيق سليم (Saleem) — الموقع https://saleem.thorops.com وتطبيق Android — من بيانات، ولماذا، وكيف نحفظها ونحميها، ومع من تُشارَك، ومدة الاحتفاظ بها، وخياراتك. سليم تطبيق مجاني لمتابعة الصحة يساعد كبار السن وعائلاتهم على تسجيل السكر والضغط والوزن والأدوية والتحاليل ومشاركة تقرير مع الطبيب. يطوّر سليم ويشغّله Thorops.

باختصار

• نجمع فقط ما تكتبه في سليم وما يلزم لتشغيل حسابك.
• عند تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google لا نستلم إلا معرّف حسابك وبريدك واسمك، ولا شيء آخر من حسابك.
• لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا لتدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي.
• يمكنك تنزيل كل بياناتك أو حذف حسابك وجميع البيانات في أي وقت.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم الذي تختاره، ورقم الهاتف أو اسم المستخدم، وكلمة المرور محفوظة كبصمة مشفّرة (scrypt) لا يمكن قراءتها، وإعداداتك (اللغة، المظهر، حجم الخط، أوقات التذكير).
• البيانات الصحية التي تدخلها أنت: قراءات السكر والضغط والوزن والمزاج والطاقة مع وقتها وسياقها وملاحظاتك، والأدوية وجرعاتها ومواعيدها وسجل أخذها، ونتائج التحاليل، والملف الصحي (سنة الميلاد المحسوبة من العمر، الطول، الوزن، الوزن المستهدف).
• سجلات العائلة: إن أضفت ملفاً لأحد أفراد عائلتك فالبيانات الصحية التي تدخلها له؛ وإن دعوت أحداً أو قبلت دعوة فأيّ حساب يستطيع فتح أيّ سجل، وهل يطّلع فقط أم يضيف أيضاً، وسجل بتغييرات الوصول (منح، تعديل، إلغاء) يراه صاحب السجل. لا تُدخل بيانات غيرك إلا بإذنه.
• عند تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google: انظر البند 3 — معرّف حسابك في Google، وبريدك (وهل أكّدته Google)، واسمك.
• عند ربط تطبيق ذكاء اصطناعي: اسم التطبيق، وصلاحيته (قراءة أو قراءة وإضافة)، ووقت آخر استخدام، وبصمة مشفّرة للمفتاح فقط. ويُحفظ سجل تقني لطلبات الربط (المسار، النتيجة، نوع المتصفح) لمدة 7 أيام دون أي رموز أو كلمات سر.
• بيانات تقنية: سجلات الخادم (الوقت، المسار، النتيجة، المدة). يُستخدم عنوان IP مؤقتاً في الذاكرة للحماية من محاولات الدخول المتكررة ولا نخزّنه في قاعدة البيانات.
• على جهازك: القراءات المسجّلة دون إنترنت تُحفظ مؤقتاً في المتصفح حتى تُرسل، ويحفظ تطبيق Android مواعيد التذكير على الجوال. قفل البصمة يتم بالكامل عبر نظام Android ولا نستلم أي بيانات بيومترية.

لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي، ولا جهات الاتصال، ولا الصور، ولا معرّفات الإعلانات، ولا نستخدم أدوات إعلانية.

إحصاءات الاستخدام (Google Analytics)

نستخدم Google Analytics في الموقع وتطبيق Android لعدّ الزيارات ومعرفة الصفحات المستخدمة، لنحسّن سليم. تستلم Google العنوان العام للصفحة (مثل "/labs/:key" — وليس اسم التحليل ولا القراءة ولا رابط المشاركة ولا رمز الدعوة أبداً)، والوقت، ونوع المتصفح والجهاز، وحجم الشاشة، واللغة، والمنطقة التقريبية، مع معرّف عشوائي محفوظ في ملف ارتباط Google Analytics ‏(_ga). لا تستلم Google Analytics بياناتك الصحية ولا اسمك ولا رقم هاتفك ولا اسم المستخدم ولا بريدك ولا أي شيء تكتبه. لا تُقاس أبداً صفحات التقارير المشتركة ودعوات العائلة وتسجيل دخول تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي. ميزات Google signals وتخصيص الإعلانات معطّلة، ولا نربط هذه الإحصاءات بحسابك. تعالج Google هذه البيانات وفق سياسة الخصوصية لديها، وتُحفظ لأقصر مدة تتيحها Google Analytics. لإيقافها فعّل إعداد Global Privacy Control في متصفحك (فلا نحمّل أي تحليلات حينها) أو استخدم إضافة Google لإيقاف التتبّع.

2. كيف نستخدم البيانات

• إنشاء حسابك وتشغيله وحمايته وتسجيل دخولك.
• عرض قراءاتك وحساب المتوسطات والتصنيفات (طبيعي/يحتاج متابعة/مرتفع) وملخص الأسبوع.
• إرسال التذكيرات التي تطلبها، وإعداد تقرير الطبيب عندما تطلبه.
• إظهار سجل العائلة لمن سمحت لهم بفتحه.
• تنفيذ ما تسمح به لتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي التي تربطها بنفسك.
• الأمان: منع إساءة الاستخدام وتشخيص الأعطال.

لا نستخدم بياناتك للإعلانات، ولا نبيعها أو نؤجرها، ولا نستخدمها لتدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي أو التعلّم الآلي، ولا نتخذ بها قرارات آلية تؤثر عليك. أساس المعالجة هو موافقتك وتقديم الخدمة التي تطلبها.

3. بيانات مستخدمي Google

يتيح سليم تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google كطريقة اختيارية لإنشاء الحساب والدخول. يوضح هذا البند بالتحديد كيف يصل سليم إلى بيانات مستخدمي Google ويستخدمها ويحفظها ويشاركها ويحتفظ بها ويحذفها.

ما نصل إليه

يطلب سليم صلاحيات تسجيل الدخول الأساسية فقط: openid وemail وprofile. ومن رمز الهوية الذي ترسله Google نقرأ ونحفظ فقط: معرّف حسابك الثابت في Google، وبريدك وهل هو مؤكَّد، واسمك. لا نحفظ صورتك، ولا يطلب سليم الوصول إلى Gmail أو Google Drive أو جهات الاتصال أو التقويم أو Fit أو أي واجهة أو بيانات أخرى في Google.

كيف نستخدمها

فقط لإنشاء حسابك في سليم، وتسجيل دخولك، والتعرّف عليك في المرة التالية، وإظهار البريد المرتبط في الإعدادات. يصبح اسمك في Google اسم العرض في سليم، ويمكنك تغييره متى شئت.

كيف نحفظها ونحميها

تُحفظ في قاعدة بيانات PostgreSQL لسليم لدى Aiven، ولا يُتصل بها إلا باتصال مشفّر، وتحميها الإجراءات المذكورة في البند 6. يستخدم الدخول بحساب Google تدفّق رمز التفويض مع PKCE، ونتحقق من توقيع كل رمز هوية وجهة إصداره وجمهوره وصلاحيته وقيمة nonce قبل استخدامه.

المشاركة

لا نبيع بيانات مستخدمي Google ولا نؤجرها ولا ننقلها إلى أحد، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات. لا يعالجها إلا مزوّدو البنية التحتية المذكورون في البند 4 نيابة عنا، أو تُكشف إذا فرض القانون ذلك. يظهر اسم العرض في تقارير الطبيب التي تختار مشاركتها ولتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي التي تربطها بنفسك؛ أما بريدك ومعرّفك في Google فلا يظهران لهم أبداً.

اطلاع البشر

لا يقرأ أحد بيانات Google الخاصة بك إلا بطلبك (مثلاً للدعم)، أو لضرورة أمنية أو للتحقيق في إساءة استخدام، أو إذا فرض القانون ذلك.

الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ بمعرّف Google وبريدك فقط ما داما مرتبطين بحسابك في سليم. إلغاء ربط Google من الإعدادات يحذفهما من قاعدة البيانات فوراً، وحذف حسابك يحذفهما مع كل بياناتك الأخرى. ويمكنك أيضاً إزالة وصول سليم في أي وقت من اتصالات حسابك في Google.

الاستخدام المحدود (Limited Use)

يلتزم استخدام سليم للمعلومات الواردة من Google APIs ونقلها إلى أي تطبيق آخر بـ سياسة بيانات مستخدمي خدمات Google API، بما في ذلك متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود.

4. مع من تُشارَك البيانات

• مزوّدو الخدمة الذين يعالجون البيانات نيابة عنا فقط: Hostinger (استضافة التطبيق)، وAiven (قاعدة البيانات، اتصال مشفّر)، وCloudflare (شبكة التوصيل والحماية). لا يحق لهم استخدام بياناتك لأغراضهم.
• Google Analytics: إحصاءات استخدام دون بيانات صحية أو بيانات حساب، كما في القسم 1.
• من تختاره أنت: أفراد العائلة الذين تمنحهم الوصول إلى سجل، ومن يملك رابط مشاركة التقرير الذي أنشأته (حتى تنتهي مدته: يوم أو 7 أيام أو 30 يوماً، أو تلغيه)، وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي التي تربطها (وتخضع بعدها لسياساتها).
• القانون: إذا طلبت جهة مختصة ذلك بموجب القانون.

لا نبيع بياناتك أبداً. قد تقع خوادم هؤلاء المزوّدين خارج بلدك؛ ونعتمد على اتصالات مشفّرة والتزاماتهم التعاقدية لحماية البيانات.

5. مدة الاحتفاظ

• بيانات الحساب والبيانات الصحية: طالما حسابك قائم؛ وعند حذف الحساب تُحذف فوراً من قاعدة البيانات.
• معرّف Google والبريد: حتى تلغي ربط Google أو تحذف حسابك.
• دعوات العائلة: حتى تُستخدم أو تمضي 7 أيام، أيهما أسبق. الوصول الذي منحته لسجل: حتى تلغيه.
• روابط مشاركة التقرير: حتى تنتهي مدتها أو تلغيها.
• مفاتيح تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي: حتى تلغيها (رموز الدخول تنتهي خلال ساعة، ورموز التجديد خلال 90 يوماً).
• سجل طلبات الربط: 7 أيام. سجلات الخادم: وفق مدة احتفاظ مزوّد الاستضافة.
• النسخ الاحتياطية المشفّرة لدى مزوّد قاعدة البيانات تُحذف تلقائياً بانتهاء دورتها المحدودة.

6. كيف نحمي البيانات

اتصال HTTPS مشفّر دائماً، واتصال مشفّر بقاعدة البيانات، وكلمات المرور ببصمة scrypt، والمفاتيح والأسرار ببصمة SHA-256 فقط، وملف جلسة HttpOnly/Secure، وحد لمحاولات الدخول وقفل مؤقت للحساب، وفحص صارم للصلاحية لكل حساب ولكل سجل. لا توجد طريقة نقل أو تخزين آمنة 100%، لكننا نصلح أي ثغرة نعلم بها بسرعة.

7. حقوقك وخياراتك

• الاطلاع والتنزيل: الإعدادات ← «تنزيل بياناتي» (ملف JSON كامل).
• التصحيح: عدّل أي قراءة أو دواء أو تحليل أو بيانات ملفك في أي وقت.
• الحذف: الإعدادات ← «حذف الحساب وجميع البيانات»، أو اتبع صفحة حذف الحساب.
• سحب الموافقة: ألغِ ربط Google أو أي تطبيق ذكاء اصطناعي أو وصول العائلة أو رابط مشاركة من الإعدادات، وأوقف التذكيرات متى شئت.
• يمكنك أيضاً تقديم شكوى إلى جهة حماية البيانات في بلدك.

8. ملفات تعريف الارتباط

ملف جلسة واحد لتسجيل الدخول، وملف مؤقت لعشر دقائق يحمي خطوة تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google. وتضع Google Analytics ملفاتها (_ga و_ga_*) لإحصاءات الاستخدام كما في القسم 1. لا ملفات إعلانية.

حيث يشترط القانون الموافقة، تسألك نافذة ملفات الارتباط (من Termly) قبل تشغيل Google Analytics. يمكنك تغيير اختيارك في أي وقت من «تفضيلات ملفات الارتباط» أعلى هذه الصفحة أو أسفل الصفحة الرئيسية. تحفظ Termly اختيارك وسجلاً له لإثبات الموافقة.

9. الأطفال

سليم موجّه للبالغين وعائلاتهم، وليس موجّهاً للأطفال دون 16 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن علم. إن علمت بذلك تواصل معنا لحذفها.

10. تنبيه صحي

سليم أداة متابعة شخصية وليس جهازاً طبياً، والتصنيفات تعتمد نطاقات عامة للبالغين وليست تشخيصاً. استشر طبيبك دائماً.

11. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

ننشر أي تحديث هنا مع تاريخه، ونُعلمك داخل التطبيق قبل أي تغيير جوهري، بما في ذلك أي تغيير في طريقة استخدام سليم لبيانات مستخدمي Google.

Saleem Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Saleem (Arabic: سليم) — the website https://saleem.thorops.com and the Saleem Android app — collects, why, how it is stored and protected, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and your choices. Saleem is a free personal health tracker that helps older adults and their families log blood sugar, blood pressure, weight, medicines and lab results and share a report with their doctor. Saleem is developed and operated by Thorops ("we", "us").

Summary

• We collect only what you type into Saleem and what is needed to run your account.
• With Sign in with Google we receive only your Google account ID, email address and name — nothing else from your Google account.
• We never sell your data, never use it for advertising and never use it to train AI models.
• You can download everything or delete your account and all data at any time.

1. Data we collect

• Account: the name you choose, your phone number or username, your password stored only as a scrypt hash, and your settings (language, theme, text size, reminder times).
• Health data you enter: blood sugar, blood pressure, weight, mood and energy readings with their time, context and your notes; medications, doses, schedules and taken/skipped log; lab results; body profile (birth year derived from age, height, weight, target weight).
• Family records: if you add a family member's profile, the health data you enter for them; if you invite someone or accept an invite, which account may open which record and whether it may only view or also add, plus a history of access changes (granted, changed, removed) that the record's owner can see. Only add someone else's data with their permission.
• If you sign in with Google: see section 3 — your Google account ID, email address (and whether Google has verified it) and name.
• If you connect an AI app: the app's name, its permission (read, or read and add), last-used time and only a hash of its key. A technical log of linking requests (path, result, browser type) is kept for 7 days without any codes, tokens or passwords.
• Technical data: server logs (time, path, status, duration). Your IP address is used briefly in memory to stop repeated sign-in attempts and is not stored in our database.
• On your device: readings recorded offline are kept in the browser until they are sent; the Android app stores reminder times on the phone. The fingerprint lock runs entirely in Android — we never receive biometric data.

We do not collect location, contacts, photos or advertising identifiers, and we use no advertising tools.

Usage statistics (Google Analytics)

On the website and in the Android app we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used, so we can improve Saleem. Google receives the page's general address (for example "/labs/:key" — never the name of a test, a reading, a share link or an invite code), the time, your browser and device type, screen size, language and an approximate region, together with a random identifier stored in a Google Analytics cookie (_ga). Google Analytics never receives your health data, your name, phone number, username, email or anything you type. Shared doctor reports, family invites and AI-app sign-in pages are never measured. Google signals and ad personalisation are turned off, and we do not combine these statistics with your account. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy; statistics are kept for Google Analytics' shortest retention period. To opt out, use your browser's Global Privacy Control setting (we then load no analytics) or Google's opt-out add-on.

2. How we use data

• To create, run and secure your account and sign you in.
• To show your readings and compute averages, statuses (normal / needs attention / high) and weekly insights.
• To send the reminders you ask for and build the doctor report when you request it.
• To show a family record to the people you have allowed to open it.
• To carry out what you allow AI apps that you connect yourself to do.
• Security: preventing abuse and diagnosing faults.

We never use your data for advertising, never sell or rent it, never use it to train AI or machine-learning models, and make no automated decisions about you. We process it on the basis of your consent and to provide the service you ask for.

3. Google user data

Saleem offers Sign in with Google as an optional way to create an account and sign in. This section describes exactly how Saleem accesses, uses, stores, shares, retains and deletes Google user data.

What we access

Saleem requests only the basic sign-in scopes openid, email and profile. From the ID token Google returns we read and keep only: your Google account ID (the stable "sub" identifier), your email address and whether it is verified, and your name. We do not store your profile photo, and Saleem does not request or access Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, Fit or any other Google API or data.

How we use it

Only to create your Saleem account, sign you in, recognise you on your next sign-in, and show you which Google email is linked in Settings. Your Google name becomes your Saleem display name, which you can change at any time.

How we store and protect it

It is stored in Saleem's PostgreSQL database hosted by Aiven, reached only over encrypted connections, and protected by the measures in section 6. Google sign-in uses the authorization-code flow with PKCE, and every ID token's signature, issuer, audience, expiry and nonce are verified before use.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or transfer Google user data to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising. It is processed only by the infrastructure providers in section 4 that host Saleem on our behalf, or disclosed when required by law. Your display name appears on doctor reports you choose to share and is visible to AI apps you connect yourself; your Google email and ID are never shown to them.

Human access

No person reads your Google user data unless you ask us to (for example for support), it is needed for security or abuse investigation, or the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

We keep your Google account ID and email only while they are linked to your Saleem account. Unlinking Google in Settings deletes them from our database immediately; deleting your Saleem account deletes them together with all your other data. You can also remove Saleem's access at any time in your Google Account connections.

Limited Use

Saleem's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Who we share data with

• Service providers acting only on our behalf: Hostinger (application hosting), Aiven (database, encrypted connection) and Cloudflare (content delivery and protection). They may not use your data for their own purposes.
• Google Analytics: usage statistics without health or account data, as described in section 1.
• People and apps you choose: family members you give access to a record; anyone with a report share link you created (until it expires after 1, 7 or 30 days, or you revoke it); and AI apps you connect (their own policies then apply).
• The law: when a competent authority lawfully requires it.

We never sell your data. These providers' servers may be outside your country; we rely on encrypted connections and their contractual data-protection commitments.

5. Retention

• Account and health data: while your account exists; deleted from the database immediately when you delete your account.
• Google account ID and email: until you unlink Google or delete your account.
• Family invites: until used or 7 days, whichever comes first. Access you gave to a record: until you remove it.
• Report share links: until they expire or you revoke them.
• AI-app keys: until you revoke them (access tokens expire within 1 hour, refresh tokens within 90 days).
• Linking request log: 7 days. Server logs: per the hosting provider's retention.
• Encrypted backups at the database provider expire automatically at the end of their limited cycle.

6. Security

HTTPS everywhere, an encrypted database connection, scrypt password hashes, SHA-256 hashes for keys and secrets, HttpOnly/Secure session cookies, sign-in rate limits and temporary lockouts, and strict per-account and per-record access checks. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we fix any vulnerability we learn about promptly.

7. Your rights and choices

• Access and export: Settings → "Download my data" (complete JSON file).
• Correction: edit any reading, medication, lab result or profile detail at any time.
• Deletion: Settings → "Delete account and all data", or follow Delete your account.
• Withdraw consent: unlink Google, any AI app, family access or share link in Settings, and turn reminders off at any time.
• You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

8. Cookies

One sign-in session cookie, plus a 10-minute cookie that protects the Google sign-in step. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga, _ga_*) for usage statistics as described in section 1. No advertising cookies.

Where the law requires consent, a cookie banner (provided by Termly) asks you before Google Analytics runs. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie preferences" at the top of this page or in the home page footer. Termly keeps your choice and a record of it as proof of consent.

9. Children

Saleem is meant for adults and their families, is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Health notice

Saleem is a personal tracker, not a medical device; statuses use general adult ranges and are not a diagnosis. Always consult your clinician.

11. Changes to this policy

We publish updates here with their date and tell you in the app before any material change, including any change to how Saleem uses Google user data.
