Saleem (Arabic: سليم) is a web and Android app that helps older adults and their families record blood sugar, blood pressure, weight, mood and energy readings, keep track of medicines and lab results, and share a clear report with their doctor. It is designed Arabic-first, with large text and simple buttons, and is also available in English.

What you can do with Saleem
- Log a reading in two taps and see at once whether it is normal, needs attention or is high.
- Get reminders for your medicines and for logging readings.
- Keep lab results with their reference ranges and see how they change over time.
- Print a doctor report, or share it through a link that expires automatically.
- Look after family members, each with their own separate health record.
- Optionally connect an AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini) to your record, only if you choose to.
Sign in with Google and your data
You can create an account with a phone number or username and a password, or use Sign in with Google. With Google sign-in Saleem requests only the basic openid, email and profile scopes and stores only your Google account ID, email address and name. We use them solely to create your Saleem account and sign you in. Saleem does not access your Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google data.
Your health data belongs to you: it is never sold and never used to train AI models. You can download your data or delete your account at any time. Saleem is developed and operated by Thorops. Contact us: info@thorops.com.
Questions people ask
Does Saleem replace my doctor?
No. Saleem is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device. Readings are compared with general adult ranges, so always follow your doctor's advice.
Which devices does it work on?
Any phone or computer with a modern browser, and there is an Android app too.
Who can see my data?
You, and only the people you choose: a family member you invite and decide what they see, a doctor you send a report link that expires, or an AI assistant you connect with a key. You can withdraw any of these at any time.
What if I have no internet?
You can keep logging readings; they are sent automatically when you are back online.
Which languages are supported?
The app itself is in Arabic and designed right-to-left. This page is also available in English and Turkish for family members and doctors.

ماذا يقدّم سليم؟
- تسجيل القراءات بضغطتين، مع تصنيف فوري: طبيعي، يحتاج متابعة، مرتفع.
- تذكير بمواعيد الأدوية وبتسجيل القراءات.
- التحاليل المخبرية مع المراجع ومتابعة التغيّر.
- تقرير للطبيب يُطبع أو يُشارك برابط ينتهي تلقائياً.
- متابعة صحة أفراد العائلة، كلٌّ في سجل منفصل.
- ربط اختياري بمساعدات الذكاء الاصطناعي (Claude وChatGPT وGemini) بإذنك.
تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google وبياناتك
يمكنك إنشاء حساب برقم الهاتف أو اسم مستخدم وكلمة مرور، أو بحساب Google. عند استخدام Google لا نطلب إلا الصلاحيات الأساسية (openid وemail وprofile)، ولا نحفظ إلا معرّف حسابك في Google وبريدك واسمك، ونستخدمها فقط لإنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك. لا نصل إلى Gmail أو Drive أو جهات الاتصال أو التقويم أو أي بيانات أخرى في Google.
بياناتك الصحية لك وحدك: لا نبيعها، ولا ندرّب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي عليها. يمكنك تنزيل بياناتك أو حذف حسابك في أي وقت. يشغّل سليم Thorops.

هل يغني سليم عن الطبيب؟
لا. سليم أداة متابعة شخصية وليس جهازاً طبياً. تُقارن القراءات بنطاقات عامة للبالغين، فاتبع دائماً نصيحة طبيبك.
على أي أجهزة يعمل؟
على أي جوال أو حاسوب بمتصفح حديث، وله تطبيق أندرويد أيضاً.
من يستطيع رؤية بياناتي؟
أنت، ومن تختاره فقط: فرد من عائلتك تدعوه وتحدد ما يراه، أو طبيب ترسل له رابط تقرير ينتهي تلقائياً، أو مساعد ذكي تربطه بمفتاح. وتستطيع إلغاء أي صلاحية في أي وقت.
ماذا لو انقطع الإنترنت؟
تستطيع متابعة تسجيل القراءات، وتُرسَل تلقائياً عند عودة الاتصال.
ما اللغات المتاحة؟
التطبيق بالعربية ومصمَّم من اليمين لليسار. وهذه الصفحة متاحة أيضاً بالإنجليزية والتركية لأفراد العائلة والأطباء.

Hayır. Saleem tıbbi bir cihaz değil, kişisel bir takip aracıdır. Ölçümler yetişkinler için genel aralıklarla karşılaştırılır; her zaman doktorunuzun önerisine uyun.
